founder and president
Shannon Loecher has a unique background in corporate social responsibility strategy, sales, marketing and partnership management leveraged to make a positive impact while achieving business and brand value. Within her extensive experience, Shannon has seen firsthand the racism and social injustice that is a fundamental part of systems in this country. She has worked with experts in many different sectors, including sports, health care, higher education and nonprofits, and learned about what has to be done to change those systems, but also has experience in making a practical, immediate difference while policy and law are debated. She is known for successful relationship building, collaboration and strategy development with a proven record of driving innovative programs and results.
